21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller right away. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
